Terms

Last updated 06/11/2026

These terms apply to the use of mastermindinsiderclub.com ("the platform"), operated by Jakobsen Global ApS, company reg. no. 46767136, Hold-An Vej 61, st., 2750 Ballerup, Danmark. By creating an account or using the platform you accept the terms.

1. What the platform is

The platform lets content creators ("creators") run a club with community, live broadcasts, replays, clips and courses, and lets members follow, chat and buy memberships and tickets.

Each club is run by the creator who created it. The creator is responsible for the club’s content, prices and the relationship with its members. We provide the technology.

2. Account

You must be at least 18, or have a parent’s consent, to create an account. Give accurate information and keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.

You can delete your account at any time by writing to us. We may close an account that breaks these terms.

3. Content and conduct rules

You must not upload, stream, write or share content that is illegal, infringes others’ rights (e.g. copyright, trademarks, or images of people without consent), is hateful, threatening, harassing, sexually explicit, misleading or fraudulent, or that harms the platform or other users.

You must not try to get around paywalls, copy or resell other people’s paid content, send spam or misuse the API and webhooks.

Creators can moderate their own club, including deleting messages and blocking users. We may remove content and close accounts that break the rules and report illegal activity to the authorities. You can report illegal content to us by email.

4. Rights to content

You keep the rights to the content you put on the platform. You give us a non-exclusive right to store, process, display and distribute it as needed to run the platform, e.g. recording a live, creating replays and clips and showing them to the members you have given access.

This right ends when you delete the content or your account, except for short-lived backups.

5. Buying memberships and tickets (members)

When you buy a membership or ticket in a club, you buy it from the creator who runs the club. Payment is processed by Stripe directly to the creator’s Stripe account, and we receive a platform fee from the creator.

Memberships renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid period.

Right of withdrawal: digital content and access delivered immediately is exempt from the right of withdrawal when you have expressly agreed at purchase that delivery starts immediately and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. Tickets for a live event on a specific date are also exempt. Refund questions go to the creator.

Prices are shown in the currency the creator has chosen. VAT and any fees are shown before you pay.

6. Creators: plan, payouts and responsibility

As a creator you choose a plan. Plans, prices, included viewer hours and fees are shown on the pricing page. Monthly plans renew automatically and can be cancelled effective at the end of the paid period. Founder pricing is locked as long as the subscription runs without interruption.

You are paid by your members through your own Stripe account (Stripe Connect). You are the seller to your members and responsible for VAT, tax, receipts, refunds, consumer rights and informing your members of your own terms.

We deduct the platform fee for your plan from each sale. Viewer hours beyond your plan are charged as shown on the pricing page, and you are told before this happens.

You warrant that you have the rights to everything you stream or upload, including music, video and images, and that people who appear have consented.

7. Forwarding to other platforms (multistream)

If you add a stream key from e.g. YouTube, Facebook or LinkedIn, we forward your live broadcast to that platform as you instruct. Those platforms have their own terms, which you are responsible for following. We store the keys securely and only use them to forward your broadcasts.

8. Data processing for creators

When you as a creator view and export information about your followers and members (e.g. name, email and purchases), you are the controller for your own use of it, and we are the processor for the data we process to run your club.

We only process personal data on your instructions as set out in these terms and your choices on the platform. We ensure confidentiality and appropriate security, only use the sub-processors listed in the privacy policy, assist you with data subject rights and security breaches, and delete data when your account ends. You are notified before we add new sub-processors and may object.

You may only use exported information lawfully; for example, you may not send marketing without valid consent.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the platform stable but cannot guarantee it is always available or error-free. Live broadcasts also depend on your internet connection and on third parties such as Cloudflare.

We may develop and change features. Material changes to the terms or prices are announced by email at least 30 days in advance.

10. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability to a creator is limited to the amount the creator paid us in the last 12 months. These limits do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence or where mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

11. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Danish law. Complaints can be sent to info@jakobsenglobal.dk. Consumers may also complain to the Danish Centre for Complaint Resolution (naevneneshus.dk) or the EU complaints portal (ec.europa.eu/odr). Disputes are settled by the Danish courts.
