Privacy policy

Account: email, name, profile picture and sign-in details.

Activity: clubs you follow and belong to, posts, comments, likes, chat messages, sign-ups for live events and course progress.

Creators: club details, live broadcasts, recordings, clips, stream keys for other platforms, webhooks and API keys.

Payments: what you bought, amount and time. Card details are handled by Stripe and we never see them.

Technical: IP address, browser and timestamps in logs, plus your time zone and language choice.

Video: when you go live, your image and audio are processed to show the broadcast and save a replay. Blurred or virtual backgrounds are computed only in your own browser.

To provide the platform and your purchases (contract, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).

For security, moderation, abuse prevention and debugging (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f)).

To meet bookkeeping law requirements for keeping payment records (legal obligation, art. 6(1)(c)).

When you reserve a founder spot or sign up for emails, it is based on your consent (art. 6(1)(a)), which you can always withdraw.

The creator of a club you follow or belong to can see your name, email, when you started following, your membership status and what you bought in the club. The creator is the controller for their own use of that information.

Other members of a club can see your name and what you write in the club community and live chat.

We use these processors to run the platform:

• Supabase (database, sign-in and storage) – EU, Frankfurt

• Vercel (website hosting) – EU (Frankfurt) and global network, US company

• Cloudflare (live video, recordings, clips and forwarding) – global network, US company

• Stripe (payments) – EU/US. Stripe is an independent controller for payment details

• Resend (sending email, when enabled) – EU

• Google (the MediaPipe model for blurred/virtual backgrounds is downloaded from Google and jsDelivr servers; the video itself is only processed in your browser)

For transfers outside the EU/EEA (e.g. the US) we use the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We never sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

For as long as you have an account. When you delete it, we delete your data within 30 days, except data we must keep under bookkeeping law (5 years plus the current financial year).

Chat messages and recordings are kept as long as the creator keeps the live room and replay. Logs are deleted after at most 90 days.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and to withdraw consent. Write to us and we will reply within 30 days.

We only use cookies and local storage that are necessary for the platform to work. We use no cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. See the cookie policy.
